5We have enabled partnership working across the region and developed strategic alliances with external institutions to transfer learning and leading edge practice:
• Multi-agency working on the Health Systems Support Programme in the County Durham and Darlington area involving NHS organisations, GP consortia, local authorities, and the NHS Institute of Innovation and Improvement
• Launch of the North East human resources and organisational development leads network with Chris Garner, Director of Talent Management, Bupa
• Partnership working with NHS North East organisations to develop best practice in talent management
