Overwhelmed with caring for a relative, spouse or friend? Senior Community Services (SCS), is excited to share a new, FREE web-tool with the Minnetonka community. Come for an informational, interactive demonstration of this program designed to give caregivers easy access to resources and develop an online care team. Information is specific to the Minnetonka community and cannot be found anywhere else. The tool is easy to use, and a licensed social worker is only a phone call away if you have questions once you get home. Leave class with an established care team in place and a solid understanding of how this tool can become your care team’s communications lifeline. Participants are encouraged to visit
