Morning Beach Yoga
Enjoy the beauty and peace of Wayzata Beach while practicing yoga. This class will cover basic yoga postures with an emphasis on flexibility, strength and relaxation. The sand, water, and sun will dominate this class. Grab your beach towel, bring some friend, and meet at the beach This class is NOT part of the Ann Mertes punch card program.

Sunset Yoga
Enjoy the beauty and peace of Lake Minnetonka while practicing yoga. This class will cover basic yoga postures with an emphasis on flexibility, strength, and relaxation. The sand, water, and sun will dominate this class. Grab your beach towel, bring some friends, and meet at the lake. Class is at Robinson Bay Beach just off of Robinson Bay Rd and Mtka Blvd. Please park on Northome and walk in unless you have a Deephaven parking permit. This class is NOT part of the Ann Mertes punch card program. No class July 13

Lunch Hour Combo-Cardio, Strength & Yoga Whether you are coming back to exercise, looking for motivation or just needing a change of pace -- this class will challenge you! We will start with a cardiovascular workout and then move into a blend of yoga postures and strength conditioning. Increase strength and endurance, gain flexibility and calm your mind all in one workout! Dress comfortably, wear tennis shoes and bring a yoga mat. No class July 6
