Ann Mertes Yoga Classes Buy more, pay less with punch card!
Purchase a punch card for spring/summer classes and customize your yoga workouts to fit your schedule!
Step 1: Review Ann's class selections and dates below.
Step 2: Purchase a punch card for the number of classes you would like to attend this fall. One punch per class session.
Step 3: Enjoy the benefits of yoga!
Purchase punch cards in the following increments: Unlimited - $300 20 sessions - $175 5 sessions - $60
28 sessions - $210 10 sessions - $100 1 session - $13
Spring/Summer 2011 Yoga punch cards are valid April 12 through August 12, 2011. Your punch card will be waiting for you with the instructor at your first session. Participants must bring a punch card to each class or pay a drop-in fee of $13. Please arrive five minutes early to allow time for check-in.
Summer Solstice Yoga
Celebrate the change of season with this 2-hour morning practice on Summer Solstice. The sun salutation is a great way to combine breath with movement. Each movement allows us to center ourselves and to quiet our wandering minds. 108 Sun Salutations will be performed with restorative poses.

Ann Mertes Yoga With Weights
If you are looking to try something new, this class is for you. Combine yoga with strength training for an intense full body workout. Previous yoga experience is helpful, but not required. Please bring a yoga mat and a set of dumbbells between one to five pounds. No class May 23 & 30, July 7 & 14

Combine Yoga postures, key Pilates moves and strengthening techniques for a total body workout. If you want everything in one class, this is for you. Balance, flexibility and muscular strength will be stressed. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat. No class April 23, May 21 & 28, July 4 & 11

Yoga Flow Intense & Energizing
We will kick up the heat with a faster pace Yoga class. Your stamina and core strength will be challenged. Connect the body, mind and spirit through intense flow and deep breathing. Some Yoga experience is helpful. No class July 5 &12

Yoga Basic Body Flow I
For new students, this class will focus on learning and holding poses, gaining balance, and concentrating on core strength muscles. New students welcome any time. No class April 22, May 20, July 5 & 12.

Ann has a physical education and health degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is certified in all levels of Hatha Yoga and also has a Pilates mat certification.
