Gold Club concentrated on its growing line of slot gaming products at G2E LasVegas thanks to impressive sales in LatinAmericanmarkets

G2E in Vegas saw Slovenia's multi-player manufacturer Gold Club with a firm focus on the slot sector. Having achieved out of the blocks success with its first range of slot machines, Gold Club has seen recent growth in Latin America and Europe, where its machines are performing at least average or above the standard of the slot floors. "We are competing on performance, price and competitive payment terms," explained Gold Club's Jure Stopar. "We are renowned for producing multi-players, not slots, but are building our reputation in this area too. We are seeing really positive trials with casinos very happy with results. We are confident we will succeed."

Gold Club is achieving strong results in Latin America and is already a leader in the Venezuelan market, with the best machines in the market right now and orders taken at G2E to back-up its position in the country. To ensure it's ideally placed to service growth markets in Latin America, Gold Club recently opened an assembly plant in Guatamala, Mexico and the office of Gold Club Latin

Jure Stopar, Gold Club.

"We hope that the Brazil market will open soon," emphasised Mr. Stopar. "There is a new government in charge and the expectations are that gaming will return to the country. Speaking to our contacts in Brazil there is a belief that gaming will be accepted and we see our position in Mexico as a distinct advantage."

While the push into Latin America is going apace, Gold Club also has its sights set on Europe, with LPM machines a focus in 2011, including the Swiss gaming market in the Class B casino sector and the German, Dutch and UK AWP markets.

The company is currently seeking approval for its multi-players in the Greek gaming market, and is at the same time carefully watching progress of the country's street gaming market. Expectation is that Greece's VLT law will be submitted for EU approval with a view to starting the market by the summer of 2011 with around 35,000 machines. At which point, Gold Club will be ready.

America. The company has increased its capacity with this new plant to 500 machines per month and is proactively pushing participation across Latin American locations.
