In a hard-fought category, Keith Prowse Attraction World
Attraction Tickets held off rival entrants to
retain this award for a second year by showing Holiday Extras
continued excellence and growth. Although a
well-established firm, Keith Prowse illustrated Holiday Taxis
that it is still in touch with its customers with
an impressive willingness to respond to Lounge Pass
feedback from consumers and the trade by
continually refreshing its offering and delivering Superbreak
appealing and well-received new product.
Judges were impressed by the operator’s Taxi Transfers
clear strategy and return on investment in
challenging market conditions. They also
noted a commitment to travel agents through
incentives, sales and marketing support and
an online training academy. Staff satisfaction
and development were also high priorities.
