to have shown the most

to her profession. She Cruise Thomas Cook
was marked highly for
her determination as an independent agent Julie Livingstone
who had expanded her high street presence Cumbria Cruises
while demonstrating great customer service,
innovation and problem-solving skills. Judges Francesca Barone
were also impressed with Penny’s honesty Future Travel
about the challenges of business in the current
climate and transparency in presenting trading Janet Percy
figures, and felt that her clear strategy meant White Sand Weddings
she was well-placed to prosper. In a very close
second place was Alison Todd, whose tale of
losing her beloved branch in a fire and then
turning around the branch at which she was
redeployed really stood out for the judges.
