A single pricing policy, great customer Anatolian Sky Holidays
satisfaction scores and impressive staff
retention were all deemed to be huge Collette Worldwide
positives for Caribtours as it bid to retain its Holidays
Top Supplier (under 100,000 passengers) title
this year. The Caribbean specialist’s financial Premier Holidays
stability and improved performance, both in
sales volumes and profitability, particularly in Somak Holidays
the current climate, impressed the judges.
They were also impressed by the ongoing Sunvil
creation of what appears to be a great place
to work, generating flair, passion and loyalty
among staff. Although Caribtours has no
formal corporate social responsibility policy
in place, a new £1 per holiday donation to
support young Jamaicans and a commitment
to green initiatives contributed to a convincing
win in this category and the retention of a
title won for the first time in 2008.
