Despite her inexperience, Rebecca Slater
Laura appears to be the Hays Travel
star sales person of her
branch, rivalling many much Dionne Ford
more senior staff and able Hyde-Barker Travel
to turn her attention to
virtually every area of the travel agency Samantha Farthing
profession. In fact, judges were moved to The Co-operative Travel
wonder how she was not already branch
manager! Her entry demonstrated an excellent Helen Sutton
desire to offer top class customer service, and The Co-operative Travel
an ability to solve problems beyond her years.
Laura also came across as a real team player Emma Begley
with bundles of ambition and enthusiasm for Thomson
a job she clearly loves. Overall, the judges
were incredibly impressed by the quality of
the applicants in this category, which they felt
showed travel was able to attract bright and
committed young people into the industry.
