Greer, SC — Creform’s Tite-Space BST AGV Tugger solved a problem for an international building hardware manufacturer. The company was searching for a solution to its material deliv- ery problems at one of its plants. The problem was that this facility had narrow aisles with tight turns. The manufacturer was already a Creform customer, so the company looked to Creform’s engineers to provide a solution. That solution was a Creform Tite-Space BST
AGV Tugger. The unit is especially well suited for delivering to line-side assembly points when space is at a premium. With a minimum turning radius of 15.7-in. (400mm) it slips into tight spots and leaves just as easily. The initial project called for a single Creform
AGV. The manufacturer now plans to add three more units before year’s end. Like all Creform BST AGVs the
Tite-Space has a low-profile, sleek design consisting of a drive motor, 24VDC system powered by two 12V AGM batteries, and guidance sen-
New Ceiling Antennas from Pulse
San Diego, CA — Pulse Electronics Corporation has expanded the family and formally launched its ultra-thin, clear, DAS ceiling antennas. Extending just 0.33-in. (8.4mm) below the ceiling, the see-through housing of the DASUTCC antennas makes them nearly invisible when mounted, yet they have a PIM rating of better than –155dBc at 2x20 watts (2x43dBm). Their translucent design makes them especially suitable for providing access to wireless net- works in hotels, convention centers, formal spaces, older buildings with low ceilings, shallow spaces, or areas where aesthetic concerns are of major importance.

EXHIBIT HALL Don’t miss out on this great resource to see new technology and products, meet with vendors/suppliers who can answer your on-the-spot questions and interact directly with working equipment and machinery.
Great displays of equipment that I just do not see at other shows I attend. Good variety and some previously unknown potential vendor/supplier candidates.
NETWORKING With so many companies in attendance, this is the perfect place to meet with peers, make new industry contacts and further establish existing business relationships.
Ceiling antennas are
unobtrusive and esthetically pleasing.
Part of the company’s PIMina -
tor™ line of low passive intermodula- tion antennas, the DASUTCC omni antenna family now includes 7 differ- ent antenna product variants. Three different connector options are avail- able to support N, 4.1-9.5 Mini-DIN, and 4.3-10 connectors, either with or without an energy director. Products in the family include the DASUT - CC500NF with N female connector; the DASUTCC500MD with 4.1-9.5 Mini-DIN connector, and the DASUT - CC5004310 with 4.3-10 connector. The antenna with its mounting
is 9.41-in. (239mm) in diameter. A reflector accessory, the DASUTC- CACC1, is available to optimize radi- ant energy by reducing above-ceiling radiation. Kits of the antenna plus reflector are also available. Pairs of the antennas can be installed to cre-
ate a MIMO system. Contact: Pulse, 12220 World

164 ft./min. (4-50 m/min.). The AGV unit will stay connected to the primary cart except for battery changes or when the AGV is removed for mainte- nance. The primary cart, with a convenient push/pull handle for manual maneuvering, has a small load deck for box handling as well as a rear- mounted towing hitch so that a second cart can be towed behind. For this manufacturer, the AGV will typically be towing two carts at a time. The Tite-Space unit provides a maximum
towed weight/draw bar of 1320 lb. (600 kg)/57 lb. (26 kg). For safety it has electromagnetic braking, audible warning and flashing light, obstacle sen-
