JST Introduces Compact, Low-Profile Wire-to-Board Crimp Connectors
Waukegan, IL — New from JST Cor- poration, PBV Series wire-to-board, crimp style disconnectable connec- tors provide optimum performance even in high vibration conditions. A compact, low profile connector,
the PBV Series has a 2.0mm (0.079- in.) pitch. These highly reliable SMT connectors are available in both side- and top-entry configurations. They incorporate both polarization and a secure locking feature designed to prevent contact stubbing and back- out when mated, making them espe- cially suitable for consumer, com- mercial and industrial applications where vibration might occur. The
positive locking system is designed to fit inside the envelope of the header making it possible to stack the head- ers close together and still be able to release the positive lock. The disconnectable, crimp style
PBV Series connector is available in 2 to 15 circuit sizes rated 3A AC/DC (using 22 AWG) at 100V AC/DC. Wire sizes AWG #28 to #22 are
accommodated. Temperature range is –25 to +85°C including temperature rise when applying an electrical cur- rent.
The SMT headers are molded in Wire-to-board, crimp style disconnectable connectors.

Crystek Fort Myers, FL — Crystek’s CVCO - 55CC-3400-3400 VCO (Voltage Con- trolled Oscillator) operates at 3400MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3 to 4.9V. This VCO has a maximum phase
noise of –112 dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is +7.0 dBm max. Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO55CC-3400-3400 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 5V typical, with
a max. current consumption of 35mA. Pulling and Pushing are min- imized to 0.3MHz and 0.1MHz/V, re- spectively. Second harmonic sup- pression is –15 dBc typical. The
