Tips for serving the perfect cup onboard


• Make sure to ask how passengers take their tea: 98% of consumers take milk, but only 30% take sugar • Partner with a recognised tea brand to reassure customers • Maximise food sales by including a light bite with a cup of tea as part of a meal deal
