The UK’s Department of Trade & Industry this year found support funding for six new exhibitors targeting travel catering suppliers through WTCE, positioning themselves as Britain’s Finest.

Salcombe Dairy This 30-year-old Devon-based ice cream business is already served onboard Singapore Airlines and Air New Zealand. Made from local diary products, raw cane sugar and a seaweed extract emulsifier, the ice cream is gluten and egg-free. Flavours include Devonshire cream and English strawberry, as well as sorbets. It comes in two shapes of 120ml pots (one lower in height for trolley restrictions) as well as pre-scooped for First Class.
