NEW EXHIBITOR 1. Jax Coco This premium and style-focused brand of coconut water uses micro-filtering and comes in Alasdhair Willis-designed glass bottles (Stella McCartney’s designer husband) and tetra packs. It contains 70% less sugar than juice; 50


calories per 250ml; is naturally isotonic with essential electrolytes like potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium and phosphorous; and has no fat, cholesterol, added sugar or artificial preservatives. New products include a sparkling

2. Green Gourmet The UK supplier and hot snack specialist unveiled three new products from its trio of brands targeting the onboard travel market: Deli Q, it’s just… and Subcentral. New additions to its bakery,


complimentary savouries and buy-on- board ranges are a Croque Monsieur, a Croque Provencal and a stonebaked pizza in mozzarella and tomato or pepperoni flavours. They come in bake-in-the-oven packaging and are designed to be easy to use with no mess. They are supplied frozen. NEW EXHIBITOR 3. Broderick’s Brothers, Barry and Bernard Broderick are targeting the onboard sector with a new range of mini-bites. Offered in packs of 36, these individually-wrapped mini versions of the company’s established snack bars come in three flavours: road rocking choc choc bloc (rocky road), tiff toff in the tuffen tiiffin) and caramental (Belgian chocolate caramel shortbread). A mixed bag of 75 mini-bites is also available to caterers. All bars are made from quality


ingredients including Irish butter, Belgian chocolate, home-made caramel and Irish oats, and hand-made in the family- run, Dublin-based bakery, Ina’s Kitchen Desserts, established by their mother.
