AMENITY KITS

British Airways launches aromatherapy kits

Following research with its First customers, British Airways discovered its passengers were missing some simple items and have created new male and female amenity kits. In partnership with Aromatherapy Associates and The Refinery, the two soft bags feature British Airways’ signature ‘To fly. To Serve.’ coat of arms and include gender- tailored products such as rose cleanser for women and shave gel for men. The products also offer solutions to inflight problems such as jetlag and dehydration. They also include essentials such as additional deodorant, a hairbrush or comb and a pen.
