Ruggeri designs Air France Business menu


Air France Business passengers can now enjoy five recipes specially created by Thibault Ruggeri on long-haul flights out Paris with a different dish every fortnight. The initiative forms part of Servair's series of collaborations with top chefs, such as Joël Robuchon, Guy Martin and Michael Roth, in a bid to promote French gastronomy. To ensure his recipes are reproduced to his exact standard, Thibault has trained around 40 of Servair's, cooks and food preparation staff. In total, six Servair centres in the Paris region will be responsible for preparing Thibault Ruggeri's five signature dishes. These include: shrimp with orange and potatoes; duckling with chestnut and red currants; hake with honeyed carrots and verjuice; duck confit with snow peas and almond; and guinea fowl with butternut squash and ceps. servair.fr

Saudi commissions Aigner amenities


Saudi Arabian Airlines celebrates a 10-year partnership with Gategroup’s Harmony, by unveiling its latest range of amenity kits, featuring signature products from the luxury fashion brand Aigner.


The kits are aimed at the airline’s First and Business long haul travellers and include a range of exclusively and tailor-made products for men and women. The new collection from Aigner MAN2 offers the male passenger a 15ml or 10ml eau de toilette, lip balm, moisturising lotions and Aigner shaving cream with a razor. Female passengers will receive Aigner’s newly-developed range of Aigner Starlight cosmetics. Garuda Indonesia adds a touch of luxury to First


Working closely with Formia, Garuda Indonesia has launched a new high-quality amenity kit for First passengers featuring Loewe cosmetics from Spain. This is the first time Loewe products have been made available on board any airline in the world. The airline has recently received positive coverage of its new First cabins following the addition of its Boeing B777-300s. The First amenity kit will feature a high quality, re-usable case, discreetly featuring the identity. Each kit will contain a selection of the brand’s cosmetic range Agua de Loewe including body balm, moisturising face fluid and Eau de Toilette.
