The new wheel weighing facility with twisted track is a step towards conditions based maintenance.


Nencki is able to provide a complete welding factory for long welded rails or only single machines.


The machinery and equipment includes the complete range of rail end brushing machine, flash-butt welding machine, four-way


straightening machine, rail profile grinding machine, conveyors for the rails and main line control in order to connect all machinery to a complete line and also weld test presses.


Nencki is looking for agents in the UK market for maintenance and depot equipment as well in the rail handling market.

We operate a fleet of over 45 specialist geotechnical drilling rigs, which include mini- rigs, excavator-mounted drill feed beams and

winched rig systems. Our plant engineers also design, modify and adapt our rigs and ancillary plant to suit contract specific requirements and restrictions enabling us to provide soil nailing, anchoring or other drilling services in any location.


Recent contracts for Network Rail such as LNW Earthworks Package 606 and LNW package TW 313 – eight sites in the Midlands and north west – have included a range of design & construct embankment and cutting stabilisation schemes including soil nailing, rock anchors, embankment widening, toe surcharging and


rock filling, new safe cess construction, gabion retaining structures, mini-piles and drainage improvements such as cess, crest, toe and land drains, cascades and culverts.


We provide nationwide coverage from our offices in West Bromwich, West Midlands and Grangemouth, Scotland and are fully Link-up accredited for a wide range of product groups, and hold a Principal Contractors Licence as well as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and IIP accreditations.
