Meeting digital transfer production needs
The low cost/high profit potential offered by digital transfer systems has proven to be a hugely popular option for garment decorators looking to capitalise on the strong market for one-offs and low volume runs of personalised clothing and photo gifts.

s the cost of technology required to fulfil this demand has fallen significantly in recent years, Xpres have seen increasing numbers of garment decorators incorporating new and additional digital transfer systems into their business in order to generate add-on sales.
The Xpres Cut Plus system is a superb example of how versatile and cost- effective digital transfer technology can prove to be for the garment decorator. This package combines the best-selling Xpres Cut vinyl cutter with an ink jet printer. As well as producing single and multi colour logos, the addition of a printer enables the cutter to assist in the production of full colour, fine detail transfers. The printing capability of this system is a real highlight and offers significant benefits over embroidery as even the smallest fonts and detailed artwork are perfectly reproduced.
