mni-Bagger, Amscomaticʼs compact, affordable combined bag loading and sealing system, handles wicketed bags of various sizes. With a convenient blower to open the bag, Omni-Bagger creates an efficient, ergonomic loading and sealing station.
The bag loading section features an adjustable-width drop-load wicket holder and slide-and-lock bag table positioned to accommodate varied bag lengths. Pivoting entering guides (horns) are engineered to the productʼs shape to promote rapid bag loading.
After loading, and prior to sealing the bag, a pneumatic compression plate gently squeezes the bagged product to eliminate excess air and give the product an attractive appearance. The bag-sealing section features an adjustable seal-centering deck that can be quickly set to accommodate different product dimensions.
The durable, high-temperature sealing element is temperature-adjustable, and incorporates an automatic trim plate with an air pulse to push waste into a scrap bag. The seal bar holds the bag against the sealing element to create an attractive, airtight seal. If the seal bar encounters an obstruction on its way to the seal element, the seal bar will retract, and the Omni-Bagger will automatically shut down and remain offline until manually reset.

Cool way to reduce after flash tack
K
ool-Mist After-Flash Cool-Down Unite automatically cools down prints and minimises after-flash tack by applying a high-pressure atomised spray of water and silicone. Positioning Kool-Mist between the flash unit and the next printhead eliminates the need for an open station. A single proximity switch and mounting bracket make it easy to integrate Kool- Mist with the press.
Digital programmable controls make Kool-Mist easy to operate. Compact and portable, the sturdy, height-adjustable floor stand can be easily rolled into place, and it includes a submersible pump and a shelf for a 20 litre (5 gallon) bucket.

Fold garments and other textiles with precision

mscomatic's high-speed K-895 Automatic Folding System is designed to precisely fold a wide variety of garments and other textile items. Itʼs engineered for dependable performance and low maintenance in demanding, high-production environments, and can be easily integrated with other Amscomatic equipment into an automatic folding/bagging/sealing system. A significant technological breakthrough – M&Rʼs patented bottom pulling dual-belt (upper and lower) transport system—finally makes it possible to fold garments printed with high density or gel inks.
Folding plates electronically adjust to the desired width while staying parallel to each other.
This allows tighter, more consistent folding on all types of products. Wide transfer belts in the second-fold area minimise maintenance and improve performance.
The entire garment transport system uses a timing belt drive, which runs quieter and requires less long-term maintenance than chain and sprocket drives. Top covers of Plexiglas and extruded aluminum provide clear views and easy access to components from both sides of the folder. Quick-release side panel covers allow easy access to the inner workings of the machine.
All covers are interlocked, ensuring that the machine will not operate when a cover has been loosened or removed. The K-895ʼs touch-screen user interface allows users to quickly change fold sizes. It also allows users to store up to 99 fold settings for quick changeover.

he Turnabout Ink Mixer ensures evenly blended inks by rotating the container with a lifting and rolling action, reaching ink that typically settles on the sides and bottoms of containers. The mixer is self-centering and quickly adjusts to 4 to 20 litre (1 to 5 gallon) containers. Turnabout models include AC electric fixed-speed and DC electric variable- speed. Turnabout HD, driven by an AC electric variable-speed motor with constant torque, is specifically designed for use with thicker, more viscous inks and coatings, such as high-density plastisol. AC Standard and DC models rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.
