InstaRack from Sollega Simplifies Solar Installation

San Francisco, CA — The InstaRack ballasted solar racking system, from Sollega, is designed to make flat roof solar installations faster and easier. The InstaRack is quick to install and has the least number of parts of all racking systems currently on the market.

Manufactured from HDPE (high-density

polyethylene) with a built-in UV inhibitor, the In- staRack is engineered to withstand years of expo- sure in the harshest of environments. It is avail- able in tilt angles of 10 and 15° and is compatible with all solar modules 30 to 44-in. (0.7 to 1.1m) in width.

The entire InstaRack system now works with

one bolt size of 5/16 x 7/8-in. for assembly. Two of these bolts are pre-installed on top of the In-

inserted to simplify attaching the lower strut and the north-south connection of the InstaRacks. All connections are performed top-down and easily ac- cessible for use of power tools. The company has also simplified the integrat-

ed grounding with the use of a new bonding jumper. The entire array is now grounded through the strut rail and Wiley Weebs at each module. This new feature greatly reduces grounding hard-

ware and installation time with the InstaRack. Contact: Sollega USA, 2588 Mission Street,
