Page 27 Modular, Utilitarian Workbenches from IAC

Brea, CA — IAC Industries has brought its modularity concept to a more economical workbench line named Kinetechnics System 1. Ac- cording to the company, Kinatech- nics means “Motion Techniques” and the design philosophy of superior er- gonomics is inherent in all IAC work- stations and workbenches. Kinatech- nics System 1 is simple to assemble, provides easy expandability and con- venient adjustability. The new work- benches incorporate special “H-leg” support and integrated, slotted upper structure for shelves, lighting and productivity accessories. Modu- lar by design, they are available as standalone “Starter” units, or config- ured as “Add-On” units in both sin- gle- and double-sided models. A se- ries of Add-On benches may be con- nected to a Starter bench to form a production line of any length.

Zestron Intros Two Cleaning Solutions

Manassas, VA — Zestron has intro- duced two new cleaning solutions: VIGON® N 600 and HYDRON® WS 325. VIGON N 600 is an innovative pH-neutral MPC® Technology-based cleaning agent specifically developed

The H-leg configuration provides strength and stability; a transverse

beam connecting the leg assemblies provides worksurface support. Legs

and beams are manufactured from 12 gauge cold-rolled steel and finished in durable powder coat paint. Worksur- faces are 1-1/4-in. (32mm) thick high- density particle board, laminated with high-pressure plastic laminate. Stan- dard worksurface height is 30-in. (762mm); optional leg extensions allow height adjustment from 30 to 36-in. (762 to 914mm), in 3-in. (76mm) incre- ments. Bench lengths are 48, 60 or 72- in. (1.2, 1.5, or 1.8m), with accessory

lengths to match. Contact: IAC Industries, Inc.,

for various spray-in-air inline and batch defluxing applications. Due to its pH-neutral formulation, this product demonstrates an unprece- dented level of material compatibili- ty with sensitive materials such as aluminum, brass, nickel, plastics, la- bels and inks. In addition, it per- forms well at low application concen- trations in specific processes and eliminates the need for costly waste water neutralization. HYDRON WS 325 is a new

FAST® Technology based cleaning agent specifically designed for water- soluble (OA) defluxing spray-in-air inline and batch cleaning applica- tions. Applied at low concentrations (3 to 5 percent), the cleaning agent has been developed to penetrate the capillary spaces underneath low standoff components where DI- water-only applications can no longer provide reliable cleanliness levels. HYDRON WS 325’s mild for- mulation is particularly gentle on all

sensitive materials and solder joints. Contact: Zestron America,
