White Sox Training Centers are a grass roots approach to nurturing a lifelong love for the greatest game on the face of the earth. These are neither day care camps nor autograph sessions. Young players who are interested in improving their skills are given a chance to learn basic and advanced baseball skills fromsome of themost gifted teachers in the game.

White Sox Training Center Camp (STC 1)
Focus on individual aspects of baseball including throwing, hitting, bunting, fielding, pitching and base running. Throughout the week fundamentals are reinforced by using fun skill games.On the final day all players have the opportunity to judge their improvement by playing a game.

White Sox Advanced Camp
Attention players! This advanced camp fromtheWhite Sox is just for you. You have special,more advanced needs, and the advanced camp is just the ticket to prepare you for trying out for a travel teamsomeday. This camp will build on the basic taught in our STC 1 camps.Depending on the skill level of the players, this camp touches on advanced hitting and throwing techniques, as well as teamplay, advanced base running and other techniques that could be used on the field this season. Just because you are in-season doesn'tmean that you can stop learning the game.

Little Sluggers Camp
This beginner programintroduces the game of baseball to boys and girls. In addition to focusing on the basics of the game, players also learn the best way to havemore fun playing baseball and that practice leads to improvement.Our student-to-instructor ratio of 10:1 or less assures every player of getting the attention they deserve.

Fastpitch Softball Camp (FP1)
The FP1 Training Camp is for girls who are playing fastpitch softball in an in-house league or community organization. The curriculumis designed to teach players how to play the game using proper fundamentals. Areas of instruction include: throw- ing, infield and outfield play, pitching, hitting and base running. Each day is filled with fun and competitive skills and drills.

The FP2 camp is geared toward the experienced fastpitch softball player who is passionate about the game and ready to learn position specific play.
