Participate in a variety of group exercise classes with ease by purchasing a Group Exercise Pass. This pass allows you to purchase the number of classes you plan to attend. Check our Group Exercise schedule and choose a class thatmeets your needs.
Group Exercise options are available in one, 10-, 20- or 30-visit denominations and can be purchased by walk-in registration at the Recreation Center. Fitness Centermembers can add an Unlimited Group Exercise to their activemembership. SeeMembership Types for more information.Mail-in registrations are not accepted. By purchasing a Group Exercise pass, you are agreeing to present your Play Pass ID at each class prior to participating.
Boot Camp: Military-style running,
jump roping, push-ups and abdominal work. Improve your cardiovascular endurance and your ability to withstand timed push-ups and squats.
Body Pump: Lifting way beyond your limits! A barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This class challenges all your majormuscle groups by using the best weight roomexercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Get inspired and see fast results!
Cycle: A cardio endurance workout for both the novice bike riders and the hard- core bike riders! Simulate pedaling over flats, hills and jumps that build leg and abdominal strength. You’ll sweat in this class and a water bottle should be on hand to keep you hydrated.
Golden-Age Fitness: This class is specially designed for the senior crowd! Do you want to stay young, fit andmobile? We’ll be rockin’ andmoving while developing strength, flexibility,mobility, balance, agility and coordination.Don’t miss this opportunity to tune up!
HABIT: HIPS, ABS, BUTT and INNER THIGH! Commit time to jump rope, lunges, squats, band work, leg lifts and abdominals to firmup the targeted areas that HABIT defines.
Just Lift: Power strength is pure strength, and this class will increase it! Lift your heavy weights in short repetitions. Learn proper formand execution with this full- body lifting class. You will strengthen and define your body using a step-platform, body bars, dumbbells andmore!

Pilates: Learn the fundamentals of Pilates mat work. Based on themethod of Joseph Pilates, this class works your powerhouse andmakes gains in balance, strength and flexibility for the entire body. Propsmay be included to assist themovements.
Pilates Athletic: Based on Pilatesmoves mixed with athletic ability and endurance! This is a fun class for those participants that want to burn the coremuscles with bonus sculpting and strengthening work in the glutes and arms.
Pilates Plus: This class expands on the principles of Pilates utilizing a variety of props, including body bars, weights, tubing and stability balls. Participants learn effective strengthening in this engaging, fun and energizingmethod.
PiYo: Sports stretch easy on the joints that blend both Pilates and yoga to deliver strength, balance, agility and flexibility in one unique calorie burning workout.
