Grove Park District Preschool, ThreeSchool activities are designed to enhance the whole child - creatively, intellectually, emotionally, socially and physically.Most important for early learners, independence and socialization skills are emphasized.Weekly themes, creative expression, circle time and large and finemotor skill development help your child get ready for preschool. Class structure is consistent with the continuing 3- and 4/5-year-old preschool program. Each class has two teachers. ThreeSchool participants receive priority registration for three-year-old Preschool. A detailedmanual and information forms are available upon registration. ThreeSchool Orientation Night, held prior to the start of the program, allows parents tomeet teachers and learn details of the program.

Optional Friday Program
Now parents can choose to add a third day of ThreeSchool to their child’s schedule. The additional Friday class is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Childrenmust be enrolled in another ThreeSchool class to participate in the optional Friday program. Please refer to the class schedule for the additional Friday dates and tuition.

Registration Criteria
1. Registrationmust be done in person at the Lincoln Center Registration Office, 935Maple Avenue.
2. Child’s agemust be verified by attaching a copy of a birth or baptismal certificate to your registration form.No other forms of age verification are accepted.
3. Childrenmust turn 3 years of age between September 2 and December 31, 2010.
4. Childrenmay be in Pull-UpsTM and should be on their way to taking care of their own toileting needs.
5. Applications are not processed without complete and accurate age verification.

Department,DG JuniorWoman’s Club,DG Park District and teen volunteers.Amini safety town, complete with kid-sized buildings, street signs and sidewalks, provides an environment where children learn pedestrian, passenger and at-home safety. Children have fun riding big wheel trikes and enjoy visits by local school bus and fire department staff,while learning bike, school bus and fire safety lessons. Families are invited to Graduation Day on the last day of each session,where children receive a certificate and share their learning experience. Each child receives an official Safety Town
