GROUP BOOKINGS & MICE BUSINESS 6. GROUP BOOKINGS & MICE BUSINESS

6.1 REGULAR GROUP ALLOTMENTS ATTRACTIVE GROSS AND NET RATES

At NCL, we distinguish between two pricing models for group bookings. Decide for yourself under which of the price models you would like to set up your group:

• With our gross rates, you don‘t have to bundle travel services on your own and don't have to assume tour operator liability. You receive commission on an FIT basis, but still enjoy our attractive group conditions.

• If you opt for our net rates, you secure your group allotments at the best price with a discount of approx. 22% on the gross rates – regardless of the time of booking. However, you must create a personalised travel package for your customers and bundle our cruise with other services, which will make you the tour operator with all corresponding duties and responsibilities.

FLEXIBILITY

Name changes and cancellations are free of charge until the group is closed at the release date 90/120 days prior to departure. The deposit paid will be refunded up to this date. For groups of up to eight cabins, no deposit is required. From the ninth cabin onwards, a deposit must be paid for all cabins.

*Fee applies.

EXCLUSIVE GROUP BENEFITS Both you and the guests benefit from attractive group services. So feel free to make your customer‘s cruise unforgettable:

• For every 16th full-paying member of your group you will receive one free berth (excluding port fees)

• Tailor-made, exclusive shore excursions for groups of 30–40 people or more*

• Restaurant reservations & exclusive cocktail parties* • Private check-in (depending on group size)*

• Private events, e.g. in our conference rooms with modern technical equipment, in the theatre or other venues at exclusive use*

RELIABILITY Once your group allotment is blocked, you will secure the current price. Cabins are then blocked on a guarantee basis.
