FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS WHAT TIME ARE THE RESTAURANTS OPEN? The beauty of Freestyle Dining is that there are no fixed dining times or pre-assigned seatings. Guests can dine whenever hunger strikes. The below table serves as a rough orientation but keep in mind that in addition, there is always the 24-hour restaurant available.

itinerary. Remind your customers to check the Freestyle Daily for the most accurate opening times on their ship.


HOW DO GUESTS BOOK? There is no need to pre-reserve a table in our Main Dining Rooms. Speciality dining is available to book on board by calling or visiting Restaurant Reservations, or through the NCL App. However, to avoid disappointment, guests are able to pre-book their tables online in our “Dining” section at GO TO www.ncl.com/myncl or by contacting NCL directly.


DOES NCL OFFER KIDS MEALS AT THE SPECIALITY RESTAURANTS? Children 12 years of age and under can order from the complimentary kid’s menu.


WHAT RESTAURANTS HAVE A COVER CHARGE? The Haven Restaurant (exclusive for The Haven guests) and complimentary dining venues do not have a cover charge.


HOW DOES THE SPECIALITY DINING PACKAGE WORK AS PART OF FREE AT SEA? Guests can upgrade with Free at Sea and receive up to five packages, including Speciality Dining. The number of meals they will receive depends on the length of the sailing:


SAIL LENGTH 3–6 NIGHTS 7–11 NIGHTS 12+ NIGHTS NUMBER OF MEALS 1


2 – Balcony and above 1 – Studio/Inside/Oceanview


3 – Balcony and above 2 – Studio/Inside/Oceanview


All other venues are à la carte or have a cover charge* . See the


next pages of this manual for the restaurant overview. Additionally, gratuity and speciality service charge of 20% will apply for all speciality restaurants as well as entertainment-based dining options. Furthermore, on cruises from/to Spain/Italy the respective VAT amount will be charged on the invoice amount.

WHICH RESTAURANTS ARE INCLUDED WITH THE SPECIALITY DINING PACKAGE? All speciality restaurants are included, except Harvest Caye Restaurants & Bars, The Bake Shop, Coco's, Dolce Gelato, special occasion and holiday menus (New Year, Christmas etc.), Cabin Service, as well as dinner shows and 1- or 2-night cruises.


WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A SPECIALITY DINING MEAL? All Speciality Restaurant menu items are included except Seafood Platter in Raw Bar. Additional entrée and/or Premium menu item charges may apply. For Food Republic, Pincho, Sushi and Wasabi, a meal includes four items.


HOW CAN THE FREE AT SEA DINING PACKAGE BE UPGRADED?


For guests who would like to upgrade the number of dining meals that they have as part of Free at Sea, they can do so based on their stateroom category and sail length. This upgrade is not commissionable.
