CUSTOMERS AND TARGET GROUPS

1.2 RELAXED EXPLORERS They would like to travel the world, but without the stress of packing and unpacking every other day and tiring flights between destinations. Plus, they want to be sure about their comfortable floating hotel travelling with them and have the re-assurance of top international cuisine and a safe travel environment. At NCL, we are proud of our variety of destinations and the fact that our long layovers give our customers plenty of time to explore ashore.

IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCES

• Overnight stays in port ensure guests can explore a destination in more depth and at a much more leisurely pace

• They can visit multiple destinations on a single holiday, waking up to a different port nearly every day

• Effortlessly visit destinations that are off the beaten track that can’t be accessed by land or plane (for example, Alaska)

• Transit time between ports of call is made interesting and immersive on board and forms part of the holiday itself

• They only have to unpack once, so they can spend their time exactly how they want

• Our shore excursion programme, including Go Local tours for in-depth insights into foreign cultures

• The option of extending the cruise with our pre-packed Cruisetours to experience the region of the port of embarkation or disembarkation even more intensively

SAFETY & FLEXIBILITY

• Our ships are thoroughly cleaned in all communal areas (stairs, lifts etc)

• Facilities at all restaurants and around the ship for frequent handwashing, which is encouraged by all staff

• The safety of passengers is always priority number one, so exact sailing routes will be modified accordingly if inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances occur

• Our ships are built in accordance with internationally recognised standards. All ships comply with the latest SOLAS guidelines and are subject to a series of annual safety and hygiene inspections. In addition, all ships are equipped with stabilisers that minimise ship movements as far as possible.

1.3 FAMILIES Whether your crew is small or large, our flexible family staterooms offer a world of comfort. With adjoining staterooms, Family Club Balcony Suites conveniently located near the kids' area, or multi- room suites offering more space, there are plenty of ways for families to relax. Remember that infants under two years of age pay only port fees and taxes, and children and adults who share a stateroom with two full-paying guests enjoy reduced rates even when staying in our exclusive Family Villas and luxurious Garden Villas for up to eight guests.

With no set meal times and extended hours, families can eat whenever they want, enjoy multiple dining options on a single ship, ice cream stations in our buffet restaurants and our complimentary children's menu in all other restaurants. For

From dodgeball to cupcake decorating, there are plenty of activities for all ages on our ships. Plus, kids can learn to juggle at Circus School in Splash Academy (ages 3–12) and teens can enjoy the coolest themed parties in Entourage – our complimentary youth programmes. Best of all, it's all free during regular opening hours when the ship is sailing and supervised by trained youth staff. It's an unforgettable experience and the kids learn English without even realising it. Additional programming is available against a charge of US$ 6 per hour, per child and US$ 4 per hour for each additional sibling in the immediate family as group sitting in the evening. The kid’s club is closed when the ships are not sailing. Please refer to the ship's daily programme for details of family activities.

Please note that there are no children and youth programmes and facilities on board Norwegian Spirit. Norwegian Prima and Norwegian Viva do not have an Entourage youth club, but offer specific programmes for Teens around the ship.
