THE NCL DIFFERENCE – WHY CRUISE WITH NCL? 1. THE NCL DIFFERENCE – WHY CRUISE WITH NCL?

1.1 THE NCL EXPERIENCE Cruising with NCL®

is all about giving our guests the freedom to

choose how they want to spend their perfect holiday. No other cruise line offers so many choices of staterooms, restaurants and entertainment in such a relaxed way. Our innovative cruise ships provide everything your customers need for the perfect holiday at sea: exceptional dining, leisure activities from adrenaline rush on racetracks and in the Aqua Park to pure relaxation on the pooldeck, in the spa or fitness centre and a variety of activities and entertainment to suit every taste. Who said less is more? At NCL, the more the merrier! But there is more to the shipboard experience than just the hardware! Our Guests First philosophy puts the guest at the centre of every decision. The unique experiences we offer resonate with everyone from adults, families and groups to solo travellers. Please note, however, that not all activities/facilities are available on all of our ships. For all details on the facilities by ship, please GO TO chapter 2 of part 1 of this handbook.

FOOD & BEVERAGE With a large variety of dining experiences, your clients can choose from a wide range of delicious cuisines while enjoying the freedom of no fixed mealtimes or pre-assigned seating, plus an award- winning beverage programme in up to 22 bars and lounges.

AWARD-WINNING ENTERTAINMENT From musicals to hilarious stand up comedy and live music, our ships set the stage for incredible evenings at sea.

SERVICE Up to one crew member per stateroom looks after the well-being of the guests on board. Due to this high number of crew members, in addition to high-quality service that always comes with an extra smile, it is ensured that public facilities and restaurants are open extra-long hours.

INTERNATIONAL ATMOSPHERE WITH MULTILINGUAL GUEST SERVICES NCL welcomes international guests aboard all our ships, creating a culturally diverse atmosphere! Because our guests come from all over the world, the primary language spoken on board is English. However, to assist our international guests, we offer our Multilingual Guest Services in French and Italian on European sailings and select worldwide itineraries. This service is designed to help our valued guests overcome potential language barriers. For more details, please GO TO ncl.com/services-aux-passagers or GO TO ncl.com/assistenza-ospiti.

SPA & FITNESS Revive, refresh and recharge at our remarkable spa, where your clients can indulge in therapeutic massages, facials and more.

OCEAN VIEWS All our ships offer outdoor bars and oceanside dining options are available on most of our ships. Plus, enjoy fresh sea breezes, al fresco dining and speciality cocktails along our stunning 400 m oceanfront promenade The Waterfront®

on board the Breakaway 5

(Plus) class of ships or the stunning Ocean Boulevard on board the ships of the Prima (Plus) class.

THRILLS AT SEA Get your groove on in our activity zones where guests can zoom around a race track, play laser tag under the stars and more. Your clients can choose from many other onboard activities, including a visit to the casino, live broadcast of sporting events, workshops and classes on a variety of topics, tax-free shopping, or simply watching a movie in the privacy of their stateroom.

Many services can be pre-booked through My NCL. Read more and GO TO chapter 5.7 of part 2 of this handbook.

Tip: For those who would like to learn more about NCL and our ships, we recommend our NCLU. Plus, each course completed increases the discounts on your own cruises – exclusively for NCLU students!

1.2 MODERN FLEET & VARIETY OF ACCOMMODATION With one of the youngest fleets in the world, we are setting new standards in cruising. The new Prima (Plus) Class, with six new ships from 2022 to 2028, builds on our brand's legacy of freedom and flexibility found throughout the fleet and features a host of cutting-edge designs that further enhance the already award- winning guest experience.

And when it comes to settling in for the night, we offer a wide range of modern and comfortable accommodation to suit the way your clients and their families like to cruise.
