With the Latitudes Rewards loyalty programme, your customers can earn Rewards Points in multiple ways: They receive one point for every night they spend on board and additional points when booking a Suite* The Haven Suite, or book with a Latitudes Rewards Insider Offer.

The programme is structured into seven tier levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platin, Sapphire, Diamond and Ambassador) based on the number of points earned. Depending on their tier level, Latitudes Rewards members enjoy numerous exclusive onboard benefits and can save with the exclusive monthly Latitudes Rewards Insider Offers.
Every customer over 18 years will be automatically enrolled for the programme after his or her first cruise. To ensure that they receive the benefits they are entitled to, be sure to request their full address and Latitudes number at the time of booking.
