PAYMENT We ask that you always observe the NCL payment deadlines as late receipt of your payment may result in cancellation of the cruise and cancellation fees will apply. A deposit of 20% p.p. is due immediately upon receipt of the confirmation of a firm booking and the security note. Please note that deposits must be paid for all FIT bookings, unless you have agreed separate special payment terms for your agency, in that case the below payment conditions may be different for your agency. The status of the booking will only be changed to “BK” (booked) when the full deposit amount has been credited to the booking. We ask for your understanding that if payment is not received on time, we cannot, as a gesture of goodwill and without charging the cancellation fees, re-establish the booking at the same price.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR FIT BOOKINGS
• 20% deposit of the cruise price is due regardless of the stateroom category booked
• The final balance is due 30 days prior to departure for all stateroom categories
Please note: For fly-cruise bookings with restricted fares, the full air fare and cruise deposit must be paid directly at the time of booking by credit card! If you book your customers' trip 30 days or less prior to departure, full payment must be made immediately upon receipt of the travel confirmation. NCL will send the complete, qualified travel documents concurrently with payment. Bookings made 14 days or less prior to departure will only be accepted by NCL against immediate credit card payment.

TRAVEL AGENCY/DIRECT COLLECTION In general, the customer pays with the travel agency and you forward the net amount to us. However, there is also the option of direct payment by bank transfer or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) by the customer. In this case, the commission is paid back to you. As a rule, commissions are paid to travel agencies two weeks after completion of the cruise. Should you, as a travel agency, pay NCL directly, please only transfer the net amount of the cruise to us. Please note that payment by credit card can only be made by telephone to ensure the security of this sensitive data. The data will not be stored, so please contact us a again for final payment.

Of course, your customers still have the option of booking their activities – subject to availability – directly on board. Payment is due directly when the onboard activity is booked and will be made in Euro or NOK. Please inform your customers that they must have their credit card ready for payment when booking an onboard activity.
ONLINE CHECK-IN Mandatory registration of all passengers prior to the cruise is necessary to comply with the regulations imposed by the US authorities on cruise passengers and to download the cruise tickets. The online check-in is available as of 21 days and up to four days prior to departure. Once it has been completed, guests will be able to download and print their eDocs.
