2.1 BASE FARE Select your customers’ staterooms in the desired category – Studio, Inside, Outside, Balcony or Club Balcony Suite and you will find that a wide range of services are already included in the cruise price.
WHAT’S INCLUDED? • Overnight stays on board in the booked stateroom
• Number of nights as per itinerary • All meals (full board) on board, speciality restaurants at extra charge
• 24-hour stateroom service (charge per order of US$ 4,95 for breakfast and US$ 9,95 for lunch and dinner plus 20% gratuity)
• Participation in NCL onboard events/activities and use of onboard facilities (additional charges may apply)
• Supervised age-appropriate junior and youth programmes (during programme times)
• All government fees & port taxes (taxes are non-commissionable) • Multilingual guest service • Award-winning entertainment
Plus, if they choose a Suite or The Haven by Norwegian, your customers receive even more valuable and exclusive benefits and privileges, including all applicable Free at Sea packages already included in their base fare, free room service and more.

2.2 FREE AT SEA For an upgrade fee from as little as € 149 p.p. (depending on the length of the cruise) your customers bring their cruise experience to the next level and benefit from the following packages:

• A variety of beverages by the glass (spirits, beers, wines) of up to US$ 15
• Soda and juice • 20% off all bottles of wine on board BEVERAGES
Applicable for 1st and 2nd guests only. Guest 1–2 must be at least 21 years of age at time of sailing to qualify for the Premium Beverage Package. Guests under 21 will receive the soda package. If sailing does not start/end in North America or China and guests citizenship is other than US, Canadian or Chinese, then guest must be at least 18 years of age at time of sailing to have beer and wine included in the drinks package.

On cruises that include a port of call in the USA, Canada or China, young adults 18 to 20 years of age may consume beer and wine only, provided their parents/guardians are travelling with them and provide appropriate consent on board. Not valid on Alaska and Hawai'i cruises.

• Service Charge and Gratuities Please note that depending on the destination, local taxes may apply to food and beverage purchases, retail items purchased on board, entertainment, spa and wellness treatments as well as shore excursions and further additional services (both if pre-booked and purchased on board). This is applicable, for example for cruises departing from France, Italy and Spain as well as other cruises while the ships are in French, Italian or Spanish waters or for cruises to/from Australia, Brazil and the USA. We have no influence on these taxes and ask for your understanding. Tip: Recommend the Free at Sea upgrade to your customers to avoid some local taxes on drinks and restaurants.
