CRUISENEXT CREDIT – WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? With CruiseNext Credit*
, guests can pre-pay the deposit for their
next cruise, while on their current cruise. The offer is only available on board and offers guests the opportunity to purchase a stateroom deposit for future cruises and receive an instant onboard credit on their current cruise.
The onboard credit amount is increased when a guest purchases multiple Credits. One Credit is applicable to one future cruise. Credits are fully transferable. If, while onboard, guests already know when their next cruise will be and have decided on a specific destination and book while on board, they will receive an additional benefit on their future cruise. This is called CruiseNext Ultimate.
CruiseNext is a programme that offers immediate value to your clients, and becomes a sales opportunity for you, to get another booking. We will inform you when your customers have made a CruiseNext Credit purchase, so you can follow-up and the
CruiseNext Credit can be redeemed via your travel agency. If they make a new booking on board the ship already, the booking will be automatically transferred to your agency ID and you will benefit from the full commission and can then take control and handle the booking.
AIR CREDIT – WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? A discount on flights booked via NCL means your customers are saving on cost. You can book their cruise, air, transfers and even bundle with hotel and/or Cruisetours. We’ll take care of it all and are the responsible tour operator. A dedicated team is available to assist you every step of the way and provide guidance in the event of irregular operations like flight delays or cancellations. Our air programme is offered for all local airports with daily fares and includes all major airlines and alliances. Of course, we can arrange flights that arrive or depart one or two days before or after the cruise. And best of all: as our sales partner, you will receive at least your standard base commission on the complete travel package (excluding taxes)!

CruiseNext Credits (CNC) and CruiseNext Haven Credits (CNHC) can only be applied to new future cruise reservations of 3 days or longer. Only one CNC or CNHC can be applied per stateroom. Two Credits (regardless of type) can be applied per stateroom when reservation qualifies for DoubleUp! Onboard Credit (OBC) awarded for purchasing CNC(s) or CNHC(s) is non-refundable and will be used as a credit to pay for the guests’ final onboard bill for their current cruise. It will be applied first to their CNC(s) or CNHC(s) purchase before being applied to any other fees in their onboard account. CruiseNext Credits and CruiseNext Haven Credits purchased on sailings
