staying close to business owners keeps me connected to the challenges they face and helps me support my coaching team more effectively. Alongside client coaching, I lead our
management team, develop our coaches, build strategic partnerships and protect the quality and consistency of everything we deliver. Culture is another priority. Creating an environment where both clients and colleagues can thrive doesn’t happen by accident. Ultimately, it’s my responsibility to set the
vision for the business and make sure every decision moves us closer to achieving it.
How do you lead behind the scenes? Many people see the coaching sessions, but not everything that happens behind the scenes. Every month, we review key areas across the business, including sales performance, marketing activity, client growth, coaching performance, territory development and overall client experience. This helps us understand what’s working well and where improvements can be made. Weekly planning is equally important. Our
90-day plans give everyone clear direction, while regular accountability keeps momentum high. As we’ve expanded across Sheffi eld, Chesterfi eld and Doncaster, structured planning has become increasingly valuable. It allows us to grow without compromising the experience our clients expect. Leadership today involves far more than
managing people. It means creating clarity, supporting my team’s development, building partnerships within the local community and ensuring everyone is moving towards the same long-term objective. For me, everything links back to one vision: positively impacting 100,000 people in our territories by 2030. Every client we support, every event we run and every new relationship brings us another step closer.
What’s next? We’re now entering another exciting stage of growth. Our goal is to reach £110,000 in monthly revenue, putting us on course for £1.3million in 2026. Beyond that, we’re building towards monthly revenues of £150,000-175,000, supporting our ambition of reaching £1.8million by 2030. I expect to personally coach around 30% of
our clients as the business continues to develop, but my role will increasingly focus on leading the organisation, supporting our coaching team and creating opportunities for continued
expansion. It’s a natural evolution. The better the business becomes, the more people we’re able to help, bringing us closer to our goal of positively impacting 100,000 people by 2030.
