While your store will be in a high-footfall location, every franchisee must put the effort in to ensure they are driving customers to the store and converting as many passersby as possible into customers. As part of the initial franchisee fee, the head


office will project manage the entire process of opening a new store. They will work with the franchisee and the property agents to find the perfect location; this might be a kiosk in a shopping centre, a busy city-centre shop unit or even one of the new-format converted shipping container-style units. Once the location is found they will get the store designed and get this approved by the various parties. They will also help you with raising any extra


funding by either going directly to a bank or through a franchise finance specialist broker. They will work with the landlord to agree the elements of the deal and work with the shopfitters on the actual build. You will also


be trained during the process; the training consists of two weeks at the head office in Buckinghamshire in the purpose-built training kitchen. Finally, Auntie Anne’s will help you recruit your first team of employees and work with you to plan the grand opening of the store. There are over 40 stores currently open in the


UK and Ireland with 8-10 new stores planned for 2021. Auntie Anne’s is seeking franchisees all across the country to share its mouthwatering baked treats with customers who are sure to become devoted fans. 
