Food delivery launch from easy brands
u easyFood, part of the easy family of brands saw its first franchise launch in November. Leicester will be the first
territory where the budget- friendly food order brand will launch. It plans to disrupt the food delivery market with its innovative model of fixed low fees for restaurants, as well as fixed low pricing for delivery. The model is key to ensure the low- cost guarantee that comes with the easy branding. Nilesh Patel, the first
franchisee and owner of Leicester easyFood said: “It’s

first franchisee to launch and think that the restaurants in Leicester will love what they do.” Jeewan Sagu, co-founder and
CEO of easyFood said: “We’re really looking forward to the launch. We’ve been working on our app and our model for years and have invested over £1 million into it. We’ve put in the work to make sure it is not just successful, but really thrives and becomes a main competitor
to the likes of Just Eat and Deliveroo. “We’re passionate about
keeping the food and beverage industry afloat as they bring communities closer together. We have even incorporated table ordering into our app to help communities, restaurants, and customers during the pandemic. “Once we saw restaurants
were struggling because of the current providers on the market, we had to do something, and since Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou believes in the same things we do, he’s been great to work with.”
