NEW TUBE IS LIGHT AND AIRY Aladdin Lights BY DAVID FOX
Two new infl atable RGBWW tube lights – the 100W Mosaic Tube 4 and 200W Mosaic Tube 8 – promise versatile, portable illumination. Being fi lled with air and made from lightweight material, they offer “effortlessly easy installation” due to their minimal weight and fl exible nature, according to Aladdin. All of the company’s Mosaic range are RGB panels, with a TLCI rating over 95, and offer Bluetooth
connection to adjust them with the free Aladdin mobile app. The Mosaic plug connection also allows a wired dimmer to be added with a DMX port and LumenRadio. The Mosaic Tubes come as a kit with accessories such as a grid, air pump and dimmer. It takes about two minutes to infl ate the tube and attach it to the fl exible LED panel. Both tubes have a CCT range of 2200K-12000K and a beam angle of 140°. The Tube 4 is 4ft long (120cm), while the Tube 8 is twice the length. 12.H36

Nystrom: ‘A winning scenario for customers’
BY ADRIAN PENNINGTON
Citing enormous challenges in recent years, the EU and European Space Agency (ESA) actively support initiatives to develop strong regional supply chains that tap local technology, R&D, employment opportunities and production. Satellite terminal provider Satcube is onboard with this goal and collaborates with leading EU universities as well as ESA and Vinnova projects in what it calls “ground-breaking”

UNIO EMBRACES MICROSERVICES TO EMPOWER NMS
Ant Group – Telemetry & NMS BY KEVIN EMMOTT
Aiming to provide greater fl exibility and dynamic scaling to broadcast systems, Italy’s Ant Group has integrated its Unio microservices platform into its fl agship NetPod Evo network management system. Designed for broadcasters, telecom operators, service providers and system integrators, NetPod Evo delivers real-time service provisioning along a network
infrastructure to enable fast detection of network faults and QoS degradation. Its microservices technology enables users to evolve the service in accordance with their needs, and its scalability and customisation allows it to adapt to a range of end-to-end B/OSS system requirements. With fl exible access across cloud, on-prem and hybrid environments, Ant Group says Unio’s microservices technology empowers NetPod Evo to deliver greater effi ciencies, scalability and adaptability. 8.F69
leaning production strategy can help manufacturers realise a cost-effi cient and reliable supply chain without leaving the EU.” “A hands-on, integral approach and focus on teamwork leads to higher quality products and shorter time to market for new products,” he added. “Combining core CSR and lean, agile manufacturing principals can enable increased levels of production line automation to quickly scale up manufacturing for high volume orders, while keeping production costs low – a winning scenario for customers.” 0.A15
