The enamelling stove set from efcolor is a simple and economical way of firing your efcolor enamel designs without the use of a kiln or even an oven! all the stove requires to create enough heat for firing is three tealights lit underneath the stove - meaning that you can enamel just about anywhere and at any time. This complete kit includes:
• efcolor 145mm enamelling stove with lid • a firing plate with handle • a firing stand for double sided firing • Two U-shaped bars for holding your piece while applying the resin based enamel powder • a spatula and pair of tweezers for lifting and moving your piece • a set of three tealights • Once the tealights provided burn down, any other tealights (not to be confused with nightlights which generate less heat) can be used to heat the stove • Diameter 145mm

• Light the tealights and place underneath the stove with the lid on.
• Leave for a few minutes to heat up and sieve your chosen Efcolor enamel design onto your metal.
• Place your metal onto the firing plate using the spatula provided, then remove the lid of the stove to place the firing plate underneath.
• Replace the lid and leave for a few minutes. The lid can be removed occasionally to check firing progress.
• When the enamel appears smooth and glossy, simply remove the firing plate from the stove, taking care as the metal handle may be hot.
