these sets have been carefully manufactured with an innovative new design, enabling you to clamp the cutter securely to create a firm hold for optimal stamping results.
they both feature:
• levelling shims for levelling up the punch holes (0.3mm, 0.5mm and 1mm) • an absorbent urethane pad • lubrication to ensure smooth cutting • allen key for tightening • a unique plastic storage tray
to operate disc cutters: insert your metal sheet into centre slit under the circle required. insert the corresponding cutter and strike with a hammer, preferably a brass mallet. the metal disc will be stamped from the metal sheet and can be found on the underside of the tool. the disc stamped will be the same diameter as the cutter used. Metal sheet should be annealed before stamping, and should be no greater than 0.7mm thick.
