ImpressArt Signature metal stamps offer a higher quality stamp than the traditional range and have been developed to give designers a wider range of options for creating their own, custom stamped jewellery, metalwork and craft projects.
Each stamp is made from precision cut, hardened steel, and is perfect for use on soft metals such as silver, gold, copper, brass, pewter and aluminium as well as on mixed media such as clays, leather, card, wax, wood, glass and some fabrics. Each stamp has an oil free finish to protect them against rust and is labelled on the side for easy identification

ON THE BENCH
To use these stamps: • Place your metal on a steel bench block or anvil • strike stamp with an appropriate hammer such as a brass mallet to create the stamped design. The striking force will determine the depth of the stamped design • For a bold contrasting outline to your design, rub over the stamped design with permanent marker, acrylic paint or ImpressArt enamel, before removing the excess ink with a cloth or paper towel
