As well as being able to stretch and reduce rings, this essential piece of introductory equipment also includes a built in ring bending jig with a single, flat die for forming and shaping, perfect for those just starting out. Suitable for stretching rings that have a max. width of 12mm, up to approx. Z+3 finger size. For reducing; the various diameter storesunk holes can work on rings up to 4mm thick and 12mm wide. Works great! Compact and easy to use. Jack
• 6 spline marked (US 1-15) graduated stretching mandrel which expands on the down stroke of the handle. the 6 spline mandrel has a gentler stretching action compared to a 4 spline, putting less strain on the ring (not suitable for stone set bands) • the double sided reducing plate is finished to a high standard, reducing the appearance of marring. it allows you to slightly compress narrow sized, domed shaped bands (d-Shape & Court bands only) to the desired size. the plate includes various sized holes with differing sloped hollows depending on the ring you're reducing • A 4 step bending mandrel that allows you to re-shape rings or bend sheet and wire. the mandrel measures approximately 50mm long and 18.4mm, 15.8mm, 13.8mm, 11.9mm diameter. Each section has a working length of approx. 10mm
• 470 x 180 x 120mm and includes 4 mounting holes for securing to your workbench (mounting hardware not included) • this machine is to be used with non-ferrous metals only (gold, silver platinum and palladium) not for use with steel bands. it is recommended to use with annealed rings and ensure not to over stretch as this will cause the metal to crack

Gem Ring Stretcher
this medium duty ring enlarger enables stone set rings to be sized. it rolls out the shank without stressing the settings. the set of rollers accomodate most ring widths. How to use:
• Match shank width of the ring to one of the roller in the box • Fix matching roller to stretcher by removing pin on U section at the end of the handle. this done by pulling upwards. Remove the roller that's already there & replace with chosen roller and replace the pin. insert shank of ring between the two rollers & move handle from side to side to stretch the metal • on gem set rings, only the back of the shank should be worked • Rings should not be stretched more than 2 sizes & only if the shank is thick enough
