the Fretz Cp-1 Cross-pein Hammer has been designed for anticlastic raising and features two high quality cross-pein heads; one with a sharp face and the other rounded. suitable for creating perfect concave shapes using sinusoidal stakes.
Featuring a beautiful and strong padauk wood handle which is oil finished and a high grade 420 stainless steel head that has been hardened to 50HrC for maximum durability.
ideal for creating forms in metal without thinning the metal and due to the design, it will reduce fatigue resulting in a more comfortable experience. Features:

the Fretz p-1 planishing Hammer has been designed for large scale work and features two high quality heads; one round, flat face and one round, slightly domed face, making it ideal for refining surfaces and removing tool marks from jewellery and hollow designs.
the two heads are larger than most planishing hammer heads and have been designed to reach inaccessible areas. the unique curved cut underside section allows a clear view when working, ensuring accuracy at all times therefore making the hammer ideal for planishing complex curved hollow shapes.
Featuring a beautiful and strong padauk wood handle which is oil finished and a high grade 420 stainless steel head that has been hardened to 50HrC for maximum durability. padauk wood is a type of rosewood.
