A report should have an introduction that clearly states the purpose of the report (why it has been conducted) and how the information was gathered (surveys, interviews, etc.).
The report should then list the findings. The findings should be stated as facts. For example, ‘73% of students said they disliked the uniform’.
After the information has been stated, the findings of the report should be summed up in the conclusion.
Finally, a list recommendations of changes or improvements that could be made based on the information in the report should be given.
