Find out about an heirloom belonging to your family, friends or neighbours. Even the simplest thing can be an heirloom – once it is passed on from one generation to the next, it becomes valuable. You may find letters, photographs, postcards, jewellery, etc. If possible, take a picture of your heirloom (or maybe you can get permission to bring it to school) and prepare a three-minute presentation for your class.
