Our lives unfold in many different ways, but the phases we go through, such as childhood, puberty, adulthood and old age, are common to all of us. Each time we encounter a new milestone, it signals a time of change in our lives.
Why study milestones?
It is important to recognise your growth as a person and to be proud of your progress. There are many joys and challenges involved in reaching each new milestone. Our experiences shape who we are and how we think and feel. Studying what other people have to say about these milestones can help us to understand our own experiences and prepare for moments yet to come.
