Procedure: Add Phase A together. Disperse Tixogel VP V at 10000 rpm for 7 minutes (Silverson Square hole high shear head). Add Phase 2, mix at 6000 rpm for 3 minutes. Add Phase 3, mix till smooth, by hand or mechanical stirrer. Add Phase 4, mix. Add Phase 5, mix until smooth. Fill into airtight packaging.

Procedure: Mix water and Avicel (15 min, 800 rpm), then add glycerin, with stirring until homogeneous. Add RonaCare Ectoin and Titriplex III and then RonaFlair Soft Sphere. When the mixture is homogeneous add Eusolex UV-Pearls while stirring. Add A1 and stir; add A2 while stirring and dissolve completely (10 min). Check pH and adjust it, if necessary (pH 7-7.2). Heat phase A to 75 °C. Mix phase B in a separate vessel, heat to 75° C. Add phase B to phase A while stirring and homogenize (10 min- 900-000 rpm). Cool down at 40° C and add phase C, stirring until homegeneous (700-800 rpm). Below 40° C add ingredients of Phase D. Check pH and adjust if necessary. Homogenize and cool down to RT. Properties Appearance: very fluid, light yellow milk pH : 7.4 Viscosity: 400 cP (Fungilab Expert, R3, 150 rpm) Stability : 3 months at RT, 4°C and 45°C

Procedure: Phase A: Add first Amaze XT at room temperature and allow it to hydrate under slow agitation. Then, add Satiaxane under slow agitation. Once the mixture is homogeneous, add phase B and heat to 70°C. Let stirring for few minutes until Rice starch jellified. Heat separately phase C and B+A at 75°C. At temperature, add phase C to A+B whilst stirring moderately. Homogenize using Ultra Turrax (2 min at 6000 rpm). Allow to cool down whilst stirring moderately. Add phase D below 40°C. Properties Appearance: Bright, light and sparkling gel. pH= 5,2 - Viscosity (20°C): 83 300 mPa.s (LV3;1 rpm)
