Procedure: Combine A and stir by dispersing mixer at 60°C for 10 min. Add B to I and stir by dispersing mixer at 60°C for 5 min. Mix C and add to II and stir by dispersing mixer at 60°C for 5 min. Add D to III and homogenize for 5 min. Adjust the pH at 7 with a citric acid solution at 10%.

Procedure: Combine all ingredients together in one vessel and stir on an overhead mixer until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Avoid overmixing as excess air will be trapped.

Procedure: Add Phase A ingredients to a suitable beaker. Mix until homogenous. Add the Jeesperse slowly and mix until hydrated - use a propeller blade and do not aerate. The product will smooth once oils are added. In a separate beaker add Phase C ingredients and mix until homogenous. Add to Phase A. Add the Oleosil CC - lumps will be present. Add EasySafe OC8 and mix until homogenous. Homogenize until smooth. Properties Appearance: Smooth, beige emulsion Stability test: Passed 3 months at 4°C, RT, 40°C, 2 weeks at 50°C
