Both consumers and developers are continuously searching for healthier and more sustainable ingredients for cosmetic cleaning products. However, they do not want to compromise on the product's effectiveness. Hair care is one of the categories where consumers are focused on higher levels of performance in sustainable formulations. An important task is the empirical


confirmation of the high effectiveness of using eco-friendly ingredients in hair care. This article presents studies demonstrating that natural sugars modified with carboxymethyl groups, which are green and sustainable materials, are as effective as traditional chemical ingredients in cosmetic hair cleansing products. Additionally, as multifunctional


components, they surpass traditional reagents in their overall properties in the final composition. Biopolax Glucover 01 polysaccharide


microgels are designed specifically for eco- friendly rinse-off personal care products to improve their dermatological safety and biodegradability. The key features of this multifunctional components include eco-friendliness,

Biopolax Glucover 01 is a mixture of modified di- and oligosaccharides derived from corn starch and pectin, sourced from renewable plant materials.
