No Scar Lotion is designed to reduce the overall appearance of scars and improving skin texture. Using Coconut Oil Onion Bulb Ferment Filtrate, it improves the colour, size, texture and overall appearance of scars, helping them appear softer, smoother,smaller, and less visible.

Procedure: Weigh phase A & phase B ingredients separately and heat to 70-80˚C. Add phase B at 75˚C to Phase A at 75˚C slowly under stirring, maintain temperature of 75˚C for 5-10mints. Add phase C to phase AB at 45˚C. Add phase D at Room temperature (RT) to phase ABC at 35-40˚C under mixing. Mix it well and allow to cool to RT. Fill the product in suitable container. Properties: pH range- 5.50 to 6.50

Procedure: Weigh phases A & B ingredients separately and heat to 70°C. Add phase B to A, Mix well and homogenize @ 5000 rpm for 10 mins. Add C sequentially, mix it well. Add phase D for Adjusting the pH. Mix well. Allow the batch to cool & settle.
