Procedure: Combine Phase A with heat up to 70-75˚C. At temp, add Phase B to Phase A. Mix with heat until homo. eat Phase C to approximately 80˚C. Add Phase C to Phase AB and mix well. Homogenize briefly. Start cool down. Add Phase D at approximately 50˚C. Mix well. Add Phase E to Phase ABCD. Mix well. Continue cool down to approximately 30˚C. Properties: Viscosity/Spindle/Speed/Temp: 45,000 cP (T-C @ 10 rpm) pH- 4.5

Procedure: Combine Phase A and blend until uniform with appropriate powder blender. (Careful not to over blend.) Slowly add or spray Phase B to Phase A, one by one, with belnding until uniform. (Careful not to over blend.) ** take care during weighing and addition of Aerosil R 974. It is very flowable and easily airborne. Blender used: Ninja 72 oz Professional 1100 watts.
