Procedure: Phase A (70-75˚C): Disperse SUCRATHIX VX and Xanthan gum CS-T while heating to 70-75°C. Homogenize 20 min. Add remaining ingredients of A. Phase B (70-75˚C): Mix B while heating to 70-75°C. Phase AB (70-75˚C): Add B to A. Homogenize 3 min at 10,000rpm; Cool down to RT, while mixing. Phase ABC (RT): Add C; Homogenize for 1 min at 10,000 rpm. Phase ABCD (RT): Adjust pH to 5.0-6.0 with D. Phase ABCDE (RT): Add E.
